I’ve been listening to this podcast since the beginning. I love the evidence-based approach, but also she doesn’t talk about nutrition as a one-size-fits-all thing. I love that she also encourages people to to discipline and good habits with moderation and non-fanaticism. A balanced and sane approach to nutrition with facts, interesting guests, and a great host. And it’s one of the few podcasts I listen to that keeps under 20 mins most episodes. :) Keep on going, Monica!
