Feature update: Our new scheduling tool

There is nothing worse than staying up until midnight to press post on a pesky update that you off-handedly promised would be available at 9pm LA time, or panicking your way through a meeting because you have a message you need to post at 5pm sharp.

You don't have to be online to post Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or TikTok messages. Why can't you schedule posts on Discord?

You asked, we listened — which is why we’ve been working so hard on our most recent update, the Levellr scheduling tool.

One of our goals with Levellr from the outset was to work very closely with our creators and community managers to build the tools they needed for an easier life. Levellr works with clients from Fall Out Boy to Starbucks, and we've built a suite of tools to do just that.

Our latest product update means that our customers can now use our custom bot profiles to craft and schedule messages to be sent on Discord at the perfect moment.

These scheduled messages can include files, images, links, markdown formatting, and be pinned, just like any normal message. We’ve also included an edit function, so they can be changed once live. Best of all, our message editor includes a live preview to help community managers and creators see exactly how messages will appear in-server and share them with their teams for review.

The scheduled messages pane will be useful for teams looking to put out scheduled announcements (such as tour news or community events) which you may want to coordinate with other scheduled social media posts. It's also useful for posts that need to go out at a time when your team wouldn’t typically be online, like late nights or early mornings.

We also envisage that this tool will really help creators with international fanbases, as it will provide the opportunity to tap into different time zones far more easily.

For fans, it should also drive an increase in innovative community engagement as sharing live links for performances, or creating complex events such as puzzles with clues to unlock them. It all becomes much easier!
